Medical Insurance
Medical insurance will cover only medically-related eye issues. Treatments covered by your medical insurance can include eye diseases, diabetes-related vision issues, and emergency eye exams. Contact your provider directly to determine your exact coverage for medically-related eye issues.
Vision Insurance
Your vision insurance can cover eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses. It is best to contact your provider directly for details on your vision insurance coverage.
